Getting Familiar With Your Camera

Objective: SWBAT familiarize themselves with their cameras by manipulating various functions in order to produce 5 still pictures in which they will upload, download, and print on their computer.  

Today's Lesson 
Today you will be getting to check out your new camera's and will get the period to explore how to use it.  You will then upload 6 pictures to your computer on a document, label, describe, print it out and turn it in.  

Step 1: Choose a group of 3
Step 2: On campus you will take 6 pictures each.

*One picture of yourself (Selfie by reversing/rotating screen)
*One funny picture of you and your partners
*One picture of hugging a tree or holding a plant/flower
*One picture zoomed in to show detail of something (not blurry)
*One picture zoomed out to show a large area
*One picture of anything you want (BE CREATIVE)

Step 3: Create a Google Document. Upload your 6 pictures to the Document. Describe each picture.  ALL PICTURES MUST FIT ON ONE PAGE

Step 4: Print it out and turn it in to Mr. Graney.
