Getting To Know Your Camera

Objective: SWBAT familiarize themselves with their cameras by manipulating various functions in order to produce 15 still pictures in which they will upload, download, and print on their computer.  

Step 1: Choose a group of 2-3 students
Step 2: Sign out a camera

Step 3: Take 15 pictures for EACH group member
*Two pictures of yourself (Selfie or taken by a group member)
*Two funny pictures of you and your partners 
*One picture of you hugging a tree
*One picture of you holding a plant/flower/leaf/rock
*Three pictures zoomed in on an object to show detail (not blurry)
*Three pictures zoomed out to show a large area (Widescreen)
*Three pictures of random objects (BE CREATIVE, cannot be blurry)

Step 4: Create a presentation in Google Drive

Step 5: Transfer your photos to your computer

Step 6:  Submit & Share with Mr. G
