Design Your Own House!

Obejctive: SWBAT create and design their own 3D house by applying design concepts using the program  SketchUp!

Good Morning/Afternoon Class

Today we will be starting a short project in which you will design your own house using SketchUp!  Please follow the steps below to get started.

* Log into Typing Web. Practice for 15 minutes

Sign into typing web

Username: tms + ID number
Password: tioga

VERY IMPORTANT: Read all directions carefully!!! Do not skip steps! If you do not READ every step your house will have a lot of problems with its design and you may have to start over from the beginning.  

1. Open SketchUp on your computer  ---->

2. Read the packet CAREFULLY and design your house!
*Copies are on the front desk or you can download a copy below.

3. Click File---> Save--->(Name it "House" if you haven't saved it yet)

4. Upload it to your Google Drive.  You must save it every class period before you leave for the day!
