Embeding Your Avatar And Making New Pages

Objective: SWBAT create and explore graphic design principles by creating their own webpage by using the Weebly website.

Happy Wednesday Class

Today we will be learning more about how to successfully use our website. We will embed our Voki Avatar into our "Home Page." We will also create additional pages that will help others navigate to certain sections of your website.

Step One: Click each link below to log in to each site.

Weebly ID/Password

Voki Page

*Scroll down to Monday's lesson if you forgot your Voki ID & Password.

Step Two: Drag and Drop the "Embed Code" button into your website.

Step Three: In your Voki, click on embed and copy the code. Paste into your website.

Step Four: Click on PAGES at the top. Click on ADD PAGE. Add 10 pages total.

Step Five: Rename each page like the image below.

Step Six: Take ONE photo of yourself and insert it on your "HOME PAGE."

Exit Ticket: Leave a comment and answer the questions below:

1. What page am I most excited about creating?
2. Did you insert your Voki to your website?

The Page I was excited was when I was Making the Favorite Holiday.
Yes,I inserted my Voki GO to ------>KoolAidGuy.weebly.com.
I used the Embed Coded.
Everything was easy.
Nothing was hard.

im most excited about my interests. yes i entered my voki to my website. it is embed code.what was easy was loging in.. what was hard was putting my voik on my website.

i'm excited about the "my family" page. i did insert my voki onto my website. embed. it was easy to title the pages. it was hard to put my voki on my website.

I think the quote means if you really want it you can make it happen. I can relate because if I want good grades I just got to try hard. I think I have the power to not change my life because I like it just the it is. I wouldn't make any changes except my grades I will change those.
